Efficiency is the important point; therefore, the booker has a significant role in facilitating efficient planning to prepare hotel accommodation for corporate guests. To overcome that challenge, Surabaya Plaza Hotel has been establishing a community called Direct Access to help the bookers.
How to become a Direct Access Member
Every corporate client can become member by simply filling in a data form, prepared by the hotel and sending it to the Direct Access coordinator. The membership is for free and will initially be valid for a period of two years, then it can be extended.
Benefits
A Direct Access member can enjoy many benefits. From the moment your membership is approved, you will receive a membership card completed by reward material that can be redeemed any time. Members might get special discounts at the outlets of Prime Plaza Hotels & Resorts. Moreover, Direct Access members can expand their network within the community and join the many special programs offered (as described below).
Reward System
When you are a member, you deserve to get reward points for every confirmed room and banquet reservation.
- Every confirmed room reservation of Rp. 100.000,- (for all room types) >> 6 points
- Every confirmed banquet reservation of Rp. 1.000.000,- >> 20 points
Special Programs
1. Outing
Domestic and overseas tour program for Direct Access members, which is conducted once or twice every year. The tours typically fulfill the needs of shopping, foods and nature.
2. Cooking Class
This program is conducted periodically every three months with up-to-date themes. In this class, you will get tips how to create the best Chinese food, cakes, cookies, snacks, etc easily and efficiently to do on busy days.
3. Dance Class
This is a having-fun program held every weekend to teach salsa dance. This dance gives the following benefits:

- Expanded social network
4. Workshop
This program gives added value to members through personality improvement, beauty, management such as leadership, communication and secretarial skills, time management, marketing, etc. In this workshop, the participant is encouraged to have a practice directly and make an interaction with other participants.
