Booking Terms & Conditions
- The above rates are converted into Rupiah at the hotel's current exchange rate.
- The above rates are quoted per room, per night.
- The above rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast for two persons and two children under 4 years old.
- Additional charge for breakfast is applied for children between 4 to 10 years (Rp55,000 net/pax) and above 10 years (Rp95,000 net/pax).
- Internet connection is provided upon request, and will be charged Rp 60.000 nett/hour and Rp 100.000,- for 24 hours.
- The above rates are subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge.
- Free access to Marco Fitness Centre & Swimming Pool.
- Extra bed charge is USD 42++ (published rate) including breakfast.
- Check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
- Discounts are available for groups or companies with contract rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation must be made at least three days prior to date of arrival. A one night charge will be applied for late cancellation, no show and early departure (depart earlier than the original booked date of departure). This will be debited from your credit card.
