Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation must be made at least three days prior to date of arrival. A one night charge will be applied for late cancellation, no show and early departure (depart earlier than the original booked date of departure). This will be debited from your credit card.

- Harga di atas sudah termasuk pajak dan pelayanan
- Harga di atas termasuk makan pagi secara prasmanan untuk dua orang dewasa dan dua anak-anak di bawah usia empat tahun.
- Tambahan biaya yang dikenakan untuk makan pagi bagi anak-anak usia 4-10 tahun adalah Rp. 55.000,- net/pax dan diatas 10 tahun adalah 105.000,- net/pax.

Pembatalan dan kebijakan ketidakhadiran (no show)
* Pembatalan harus dilakukan selambat-lambatnya tiga hari sebelum tanggal kedatangan. Biaya sebesar harga malam selama satu malam akan dikenakan untuk pembatalan yang terlambat, ketidakhadiran reservasi yang telah dibuat, serta kepergian yang lebih awal dari waktu kepergian (check out) yang telah diinformasikan sebelumnya saat pemesanan kamar. Jumlah ini akan didebit dari kartu kredit Anda.
